1996 I'd say, yes, I think that's the year.

What am I talking about ? Well 1996 is the year I went into my local independant hobby shop in Nantes to get my fix of old lead (even at the time in the middle of the red era I was looking for older stuff...). And what did I find ? White Dwarves, old ones, a whole lot of them and amongst them these particular issues :

The Helpful Hobby Guide - How to store models ?

We hobbyists all have one thing in common, no matter what game or range we use, no matter if we're painters, collectors or gamers mostly. STORAGE. That's right storage. This hobby has an unavoidable problem : it takes space. The more models you collect, the more you paint, you will have to put them somewhere... every time you finish a model you can hear it, that is the sound of inevitability Mr Anderson...

So what I'm offering today is my take on the subject. It's probably not the best solution ever and there are many ways to solve the problem but this is the one I found and have used for 10 years now.

"I'm super excited, how do I do that ?" I hear you say. Alright, alright, here's my recipe. (Just bear in mind that all measures will be in metric system and currencies in euros, but I promise it won't matter much really since all of you wonderful people are super good with google).

Collecting Rogue trader Chaos Renegades - part 2

 Alright people, a couple of posts ago ,you may remember I blatantely exposed my chaos renegades collection. Hawk eyes amongst you may have noticed the absence of the mounted renegades. Well, this was because I was still awaiting an important part which I got a few days later.

Nah, collecting is a sport I've not been very familiar with but this little collection and seeing great collectors like Steve Casey, Mutantdale or Axiom has taught me there's always more than meets the eye...

A Rogue trader Tzeentch renegade? that's all? not even remotely unreleased or limited edition? The kind you could order via the mail order service until the early 2000?

YES ! THAT kind of renegade but the one I've been running after for quite a while and more importantly, the one that seals the first stage of my collection.
