Hey everyone! Happy new year to all ! I wish you all the best for this year and sincerely hope we get to shake hands and push little soldiers on the same table again soon !
Now how best to start a new year ? Well painting some models is definitely a winner and I guess clearing the desk is even better so I've set myself the goal to finish as many projects as I can from the desk and to give myself some milestones for some projects that haven't moved as much as I meant to during 2020, we'll see how this goes !
The three guys above were mean to closely follow the painting of my space hulk terminators a while ago, especially after playing with my friend Charles which demonstrated how fun the terminator specialists could be fun.
Oh and my friends keep motivating me to do cool stuff so here you go, it feels nice to have those done and have every option (there is another stormbolter guy but thought 12 of them looked cool in the picture) :
So that's my armoured superhuman needs covered, I now have every option to kill facehugging aliens
Or do I ? What about some of the threats being of a demonic kind ? MWAHAHAHAHAHA
Awesome, we should definitely invade Nico's ship again, he deserves no less than two storm-hammer-nuclear-strike attacks at once! Love the repositionning of the shield dude!

DeleteI love them. I find it particularly interesting that tone of yellow you get on them. Oh, the last pic is so awesome!
ReplyDeleteThanks, I'm not a fan of bright yellows, I love the mustardy softer ones though so That's what I tried to aim for !
DeleteThe cyclone missile launcher is my personal favorite terminator weapon, so I'm happy to see it included. The contrasting black and yellow colors are fantastic and have me thinking of a similar project I'd like to table one day. I also really like how you highlight your power weapons. It really makes them stand out!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I know my energy glow for power weapons isn't to everyone's taste but I try to aim for something suggestive rather than a proper OSL, small projects like that are always a good way to try things and in my case I know It's given me confidence to go a bit further with them !
