I'm going to fix this by presenting you the trashed townhouse which goes in the series of "life in ruins" sets by Fogou. This set like most of the others is stunning by the quality of teh cast and how easy they are to use, little to no preperation required , you don't even have to prime them tbh. The textures are just perfect to take washes and drybrushes to save you time and look great easily.
I now have quite a collection of derelict buildings from Fogou and they really have soeting going onas soon as you just even put them on the table, here are some pieces from as many sets I could find :
If you're looking for versatile terrain that you'll get great mileage from, then you can find this amazing set in the link HERE as well as plenty of awesome stuff so go check it out !
Proper job as they say in Cornwall where these are from. A great advert for Fogou too. As you say, they make great scenery.
ReplyDeleteThanks, thee could be many ways to paint those but I opted for a neutral style that would let me use them in several settings
DeleteI like it. They look quite versatile indeed. I'm going to have seek some of these out.
ReplyDeleteI've been a fan of Fogou's stuff from very early, I don't like painting terrain or scenery because I find it tedious and time consuming but those are always very easy and rewarding
DeleteVery nice sculpts. I like that they have the fallen masonry as part of their design, which a lot of companies neglect to include.
ReplyDeleteIncluding shipping the set gets too pricey for my wallet unfortunately, but otherwise I really like what I see here.
I agree, the scatter bits really do help blend the building into the table especially if you use mousepad mats like I do
DeleteVery nice work on these!
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot !
